Mitsubishi Electric Corp. has signed a memorandum of understanding with Amazon Web Services to collaborate in data center and cloud services businesses. The goal is to strengthen data utilization solutions through the Serendie digital platform and reduce the carbon footprint of data centers. This strategic collaboration will leverage AWS’s technologies and insights in cloud computing and generative AI to accelerate initiatives and modernize IT infrastructures. Mitsubishi Electric plans to develop AI platforms for integration into Serendie, streamline business processes with AI, and use AWS educational programs for personnel development in digital transformation and innovative approaches.
