Nokia repurchased own shares as part of announced buyback program

Nokia Corporation repurchased 872,093 of its own shares on 10 January 2025 at a weighted average price of 4.41 EUR per share. This is part of a share buyback program announced on 22 November 2024 to offset dilution from new shares issued. The program aims to repurchase 150 million shares by 31 December 2025 for a maximum aggregate price of 900 million EUR.
