SGS SA, a Testing, Inspection, and Certification company, has acquired Aster Global Environmental Solutions, Inc. The financial details of the deal have not been disclosed. The acquisition aligns with SGS’s Strategy 27 and helps the company capitalize on its strengths to address industry trends. Aster Global, founded in 2019, expands SGS’s greenhouse gas services globally and adds 25 employees. SGSOY closed 0.30% lower at $10.08 on Tuesday.
