Stardust Power (SDST) has priced a public offering, selling 4,792,000 shares of common stock and warrants at $1.20 per share, expecting to raise $5.75 million. The warrants have an exercise price of $1.30 per share, with the closing expected around January 27, 2025. CEO Roshan Pujari stated that the capital raised will help the company execute its business plan.
