Swisscom has completed its acquisition of Vodafone Italia and will merge it with Fastweb. The company expects up to 200 million euros in costs for 2024, leading to a revised EBITDA outlook of 4.3 to 4.4 billion Swiss francs, down from 4.5-4.6 billion. Revenue, CAPEX, and dividend guidance remain unchanged. The 8-billion euro deal closed on Dec. 31. CEO Aeschlimann is excited about the acquisition, emphasizing the continued focus on the Swiss market.
