Amit Yoran, Chairman and CEO of Tenable Holdings, Inc., passed away unexpectedly after battling cancer. Yoran was a visionary leader in the cybersecurity industry, transforming Tenable into a global leader in exposure management. Tenable’s CFO and COO have been appointed as interim Co-CEOs, as the company searches for a new CEO. Despite this loss, Tenable expects to meet or exceed financial guidance for Q4 and the full year.
