Turkey stocks rise 0.51% with gains in various sectors, top performers include Pasifik Eurasia Lojistik

Turkey stocks closed higher on Monday, with gains in various sectors. The Istanbul added 0.51%. Top performers included Batisoke Soke Cimento Sanayi TAS, up 9.96%, and Pasifik Eurasia Lojistik Dis Ticaret AS, up 7.37%. Margun Enerji Uretim Sanayi ve Ticaret AS was among the worst performers, falling 3.20%. Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the exchange.

Shares in Pasifik Eurasia Lojistik Dis Ticaret AS hit all-time highs, gaining 7.37%. Gold Futures for February delivery dropped 0.73% to $2,728.51 per ounce. Crude oil for March delivery fell 1.58% to $76.17 per barrel, while Brent oil for March declined 1.15% to $79.86 per barrel.

USD/TRY rose by 0.38% to 35.56, while EUR/TRY increased by 1.77% to 37.04. The US Dollar Index Futures were down 1.08% at 108.03.
