Weebit Nano licenses ReRAM technology to ON Semiconductor, enabling integration into onsemi's platform

Weebit Nano Limited has licensed its ReRAM technology to ON Semiconductor Corporation, a tier-1 semiconductor supplier. The agreement allows Weebit’s ReRAM IP to be integrated into onsemi’s Treo platform, offering embedded non-volatile memory. The integration into a BCD process provides a low-power, cost-effective NVM with excellent retention at high temperatures.
