MON: The US Presidential Inauguration will take place alongside the PBoC LPR announcement and the Eurogroup Meeting. German Producer Prices for December will also be released.

TUE: The UK will report Unemployment and Wages data for November, while Germany will release ZEW data for January. Canada’s CPI for December and New Zealand’s CPI for Q4 will also be published.

WED: South Africa will report CPI data for December, and Japan will release its Trade Balance figures for the same month.

THU: Norges Bank and CBRT are expected to make policy announcements. US Jobless Claims and Canadian Retail Sales for November will be reported. Japan will release CPI data for December, while Swiss KOF data for January will also be published.

FRI: The Bank of Japan is expected to make a policy announcement. The UK will report GfK data for January, while Flash PMIs for the Eurozone, UK, and US will also be released.
