Norway’s sovereign wealth fund, the largest in the world, reported a full-year profit of 2.5 trillion kroner ($222.4 billion) in 2024, with a 13% return on investment fueled by a tech rally. The return was 45 basis points lower than the benchmark index. Tech and financial sectors were key drivers of the fund’s success, according to NBIM Deputy CEO Trond Grande.
