AS Ekspress Grupp reported a 10% increase in revenue to EUR 23.5 million and a 23% increase in EBITDA to EUR 5.2 million in Q4 2024. For the full year, revenue rose by 4% to EUR 76.2 million, with digital revenue making up 86% of total revenue, exceeding the 85% target set for 2026.

The Group saw strong growth in digital subscriptions, adding nearly 31,000 new subscriptions in the Baltic States, totaling 238,000 by December 2024. The aim is to reach 340,000 paid digital subscribers by 2026. Revenue from ticket sales platforms increased by 21%, with digital revenue increasingly based on subscriptions.

Outside media activities, the Group’s outdoor screen business grew by 26% and ticket sales platforms sales by 21%, mainly in Latvia. Profitability increased, with a net profit of EUR 3.1 million in Q4 2024, up 25% from last year. However, the 12-month net profit decreased slightly due to higher interest rates and depreciation expenses.

Despite economic challenges in the Baltic States, AS Ekspress Grupp maintained profitability and a strong liquidity position with available cash of EUR 9.0 million at the end of 2024. The Group paid out dividends of 6 euro cents per share, exceeding the minimum 30% payout ratio for shareholders.

The Group expanded its conference business in 2024 with strategic acquisitions to complement existing media activities. A new CEO was appointed for Delfi Meedia, and management changes were made to strengthen operations. The Group aims to continue creating value for shareholders through diversified revenue streams and strategic investments.
