Avation PLC is set to acquire an Airbus A320 on lease to Etihad Airlines, with the transaction expected to close in March 2025. This move will enhance revenue diversification and improve the overall credit quality of Avation’s portfolio. The average remaining lease term for Avation’s fleet increased to 4.2 years as of December 31, 2024, marking the first increase since the end of the COVID pandemic. Executive Chairman Jeff Chatfield highlighted this positive development.
