BEST Inc. shareholders approved a merger agreement with BEST Global Partners and Phoenix Global Partners. The agreement will result in Phoenix Global Partners merging with BEST, with BEST becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of BEST Global Partners. The merger agreement was supported by over 99% of total votes cast at the EGM.
