Blue Moon Metals Inc. has successfully completed the acquisitions of Nussir ASA and Nye Sulitjelma Gruver AS, acquiring 93.55% and 100% of their shares respectively, with a total of 451,015,886 Blue Moon Shares issued. Further updates on Blue Moon’s brownfield polymetallic projects are expected in the coming months.

As part of the acquisitions, Blue Moon issued 297,761,490 Blue Moon Shares to former holders of Nussir and NSG shares, subject to TSXV escrow policies. Board changes include welcoming Dr. Karin Thorburn and Francis Johnstone. Blue Moon also appointed Skott Mealer as President and Chief Operating Officer, and Theodore Veligrakis as Vice President Exploration.

The completion of the acquisitions led to significant changes in ownership, with Blue Moon, Nussir, and NSG shareholders now holding varying percentages of Blue Moon Shares. A total of 90,000,279 subscription receipts were converted into Blue Moon Shares upon closing. New stock options were granted to officers under the share compensation plan.

Nussir’s operating license extension is awaiting final approval, with construction activities expected by September 2027.
