Boston Scientific Corp. announced a public offering of 850 million euros aggregate principal amount of 3.000% notes due 2031 and 650 million euros aggregate principal amount of 3.250% notes due 2034 by its finance subsidiary, American Medical Systems Europe B.V. The offering is set to close on February 26, 2025. The company plans to use the proceeds to repay existing senior notes due in 2025, pay accrued interest, and for general corporate purposes like investments, debt reduction, working capital, and potential acquisitions. The Notes will be fully guaranteed by Boston Scientific Corp.
