Cnova N.V. experienced a turnaround in 2024, returning to growth with a customer-centric reinvestment plan. Like-for-like overall GMV gradually increased throughout the year, with a 2% growth in the fourth quarter. Net sales declined by 13% in FY24, mainly due to a focus on profitability and a shift towards high-margin services like Marketplace.

In the fourth quarter of 2024, Cdiscount.com saw positive growth, with Marketplace GMV increasing by 9.1% and Marketplace GMV share growing by 3.8pts compared to 2023. Services revenues also improved by 2.4%, representing 29.5% of net sales.
