The agreement includes an upfront payment of US$5 million and future payments based on revenue from off-take agreements. The PDC can be divided into smaller units for deployment at multiple locations. While the infrastructure forms the basis for a Gen AI data center, additional systems need to be installed for revenue generation. The CEO stated that this MOU accelerates their entry into Generative AI and maximizes return to shareholders.
