First Quantum Minerals Ltd. has increased the maximum principal amount of its Tender Offer to purchase up to $750,000,000 of its 6.875% Senior Notes due 2027, from the original $500,000,000. The company also successfully priced and upsized its offering of $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 8.000% senior notes due 2033, subject to the terms and conditions of the Tender Offer. The Tender Offer will expire at 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on March 19, 2025. Holders who tender their Notes by the Early Tender Time can receive $1,012.00 per $1,000 principal amount of Notes.
