Hepsor AS reported a moderately profitable year in 2024 despite ongoing economic challenges and relatively high interest rates. They handed over a significant number of new homes to customers, signed numerous new lease agreements, reduced vacancy rates in both existing and new commercial buildings, and made new investments in the Baltics and Canada. The consolidated revenue for Q4 2024 was €10.5 million (Q4 2023: €5.1 million) and the full-year revenue was €38.4 million (2023: €41.1 million). They completed 193 homes in 2024, including 51 in Q4, with 165 homes in Tallinn and 28 in Riga.

In the fourth quarter of 2024, Hepsor reported a net profit of €1 million (Q4 2023: net loss of €1.3 million), with a full-year net profit of €2.1 million (2023: €3.5 million). They began construction of a business building in Riga and a residential project in Tallinn, while continuing to develop existing projects. In Canada, Hepsor invested in five development projects in Toronto with the aim of building around 3000 new rental apartments. Looking ahead to 2025, Hepsor plans to start construction and sales of up to five new projects.
