Husqvarna Group partners with Flex Ltd. to divest manufacturing operations in South Carolina. Flex will produce wheeled products and assemble handheld products for North American market in Orangeburg factory. Collaboration aims to boost profitability and strengthen competitiveness. Cost savings of approximately SEK 350 million expected over five years. One-time costs of around SEK 250 million in fourth quarter 2024. Limited additional one-time cost in first quarter of 2025. Current employees at Orangeburg facility offered positions with Flex.
