INFRONEER Holdings and Accenture have agreed to form a joint venture named INFRONEER Strategy & Innovation to address key issues and promote innovation in infrastructure construction and operation in Japan. INFRONEER HD will own 81% of the venture, while Accenture will own 19%. The joint venture is set to be established on April 1, 2025, with around 100 employees.
