Traders on NYSE remain bullish despite concerns of an overvalued market, with 51% bullish and 34% bearish in Charles Schwab survey of 1,040 active traders. Younger traders under 40 show increased optimism at 59%, even as two-thirds believe the market is overvalued. Majority plan to invest more in stocks in Q1.

S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite see slower momentum in 2025 after strong 2-year run. S&P 500 up 1.3% while Nasdaq dips into negative territory. Traders bullish on energy, tech, finance, and utilities sectors, expecting benefits from potential deregulation. Survey shows drop in recession likelihood and stable inflation expectations.
