Nokia Oyj has repurchased its own shares on February 19, 2025, acquiring a total of 1,396,657 shares at a weighted average price of 4.74 euros per share. The repurchase program aims to compensate for the dilution impact of shares issued to Infinera Corporation shareholders and certain share-based incentives. The total cost of the repurchases made on February 19, 2025, amounted to 6,621,272 euros, resulting in Nokia owning 253,189,663 of its own shares. The company aims to acquire 150 million shares with a total expenditure of up to 900 million euros by December 31, 2025.
