NOV Inc. reported lower Q4 income of $160 million, beating estimates

NOV Inc. (NOV) reported a fourth-quarter profit of $160 million, or $0.41 per share, which was lower than the previous year but exceeded analyst expectations of $0.36 per share. The company’s revenue also decreased by 1.5% to $2.308 billion from $2.343 billion last year. NOV Inc. earnings for the period were $160 million compared to $598 million the previous year, with earnings per share of $0.41 versus $1.51 last year.
