Orange reduced its liquidity contract with Rothschild Martin Maurel by 5 million euros on February 21, 2025, in compliance with AMF decision n° 2021-01. This move brought the total amount allocated to the contract below the 50 million euros threshold for “very liquid shares.” As of the same date, the liquidity account held 1,000 shares and €45,116,614 in cash. Orange, a top global telecom operator, reported revenues of 40.3 billion euros in 2024 and had 127,000 employees worldwide.
