Nokia Corporation repurchased 1,384,423 of its own shares on 21 February 2025 at a weighted average price of 4.78 EUR per share. This is part of a share buyback program announced on 22 November 2024 to offset dilution from new shares issued. The program aims to repurchase 150 million shares by 31 December 2025 with a maximum aggregate purchase price of 900 million EUR. The total cost of transactions on 21 February 2025 was 6,616,434 EUR, leaving Nokia with 255,830,208 treasury shares.
