Roku (ROKU) reported a narrower loss of 24 cents per share in the fourth quarter of 2024, beating estimates. Revenues increased 22% to $1.2 billion, with 89.8 million streaming households globally. The average revenue per user grew 4% to $41.49. The Roku Channel saw strong growth, reaching 145 million U.S. households. Advertising activities outperformed the market. Platform revenues increased 24.9% to $1.03 billion. Operating expenses grew 1.8%. For 2025, Roku expects total net revenues of $4.61 billion and adjusted EBITDA of $350 million. The company is focused on operational discipline and expects to be operating income positive in 2026.
