Skeena Resources Limited has entered into an agreement with underwriters to purchase 4,800,000 common shares at C$14.70 per share, raising approximately C$70.5 million. The proceeds will fund the Eskay Creek gold-silver project and general corporate purposes. Underwriters have the option to increase the shares by 15%. Additionally, up to 2,230,000 common shares may be issued as flow-through shares at C$17.93 per share. The offering is expected to close on February 26, 2025, subject to regulatory approvals. The company aims to maximize its mineral resources sustainably while fostering positive relationships with Indigenous communities.
