TEGNA Inc. has appointed Tom Cox to lead its distribution strategy, overseeing station affiliation partnerships with major networks. CEO Mike Steib praised Cox’s media expertise and leadership in strengthening partnerships. Cox will also continue to lead mergers, acquisitions, and business development while overseeing Premion’s connected TV advertising business.
