Utah has moved forward with a Bitcoin strategic reserve bill, sending it to the Senate committee for consideration. The bill aims to create a reserve of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies to hedge against inflation and economic instability. If passed, Utah would be the first state to implement such a strategy.
