ValOre Metals Corp. provides an update on Hatchet Uranium Corp., in which it holds a 51.5% interest. Hatchet has acquired an 80% interest in Skyharbour Resources Ltd.’s Highway Uranium Property and 100% interest in other projects in Saskatchewan. Hatchet will acquire an 80% interest in the project by fulfilling specific financial and exploration obligations over three years.

In addition to the Highway Property, Hatchet has acquired the Genie, Usam, and CBX/Shoe Uranium Projects, totaling 66,358 hectares. These projects have significant mineralization potential, with previous exploration activities indicating the presence of valuable resources. Hatchet will need to fulfill specific financial and exploration obligations to secure its ownership in these projects.

ValOre Metals Corp. and Skyharbour Resources Ltd. are working together to develop these high-value mineral projects, with the aim of maximizing the exploration and resource potential in the region. The projects have shown promise for significant mineralization, and both companies are committed to unlocking their full value through strategic investments and exploration efforts.
