Visteon Stock Surges 6% Following Q4 Beat

Visteon Corporation (NASDAQ:VC) exceeded Q4 earnings expectations but gave a cautious revenue outlook for 2025, falling short of consensus estimates. Stock rose over 6% post-earnings release. Q4 adjusted EPS was $4.44, doubling analyst estimates, with revenue at $939 million, slightly below projections. Strong profitability drove record full-year results.

In 2024, Visteon reported record adjusted EBITDA of $474 million on sales of $3.87 billion, with adjusted free cash flow hitting a new high of $300 million. However, 2025 revenue guidance of $3.65 billion to $3.85 billion fell short of analysts’ $3.95 billion expectations. Adjusted EBITDA forecasted at $450 million to $480 million, with adjusted free cash flow between $175 million and $205 million.
