Abercrombie & Fitch (NYSE:ANF) beat fourth-quarter earnings estimates with an EPS of $3.57 and revenue of $1.58 billion, up 9% YoY. Comparable sales surged 14%. Full-year 2024 saw net sales rise 16% to $4.95 billion, with an operating margin of 15.0%, up 370 bps. However, weak Q1 guidance caused shares to drop 12%.

For Q1 fiscal 2025, Abercrombie expects EPS between $1.25 and $1.45, well below the consensus estimate of $2.01, with net sales growth projected at 4-6%. Full-year 2025 forecasts include net sales growth of 3-5% and EPS between $10.40 and $11.40, slightly below analyst expectations of $11.30.
