Instead, alumni are seeking tailored support, with 70% wanting specific learning programs and 64% desiring online access to faculty content.

Alumni are calling for more personalized support from business schools, with a majority interested in pursuing another full-time degree (51%) or postgraduate certificates (45%). They also seek deeper engagement through community events, career services, and opportunities for entrepreneurship, showing a desire for ongoing learning and connection with their alma maters.
