Better Choice Company (BTTR) shareholders approved the acquisition of SRx Health Solutions. The proposals included issuing up to 30,000,000 shares of Better Choice common stock, changing the company’s name to “SRX Health Solutions, Inc.,” and increasing the securities under the 2019 Incentive Award Plan. 71.71% of total shares were voted at the special meeting.
