Brookfield successfully completes tender offer for Neoen, with squeeze-out to come. Following Offer period, Brookfield and concert parties to hold 97.73% of Neoen’s share capital. Squeeze-out procedure to be initiated for remaining shares and OCEANEs. Offer price set at €39.85 per share and €103,562.50 per OCEANE 2022.
