Shares of Comstock Holding Companies, Inc. (CHCI) have surged 47.9% since reporting earnings for Q4 2024, surpassing the S&P 500’s growth. Q4 earnings per share rose to 99 cents from 18 cents the previous year, with revenues increasing 54% to $16.9 million. Net income soared to $10.3 million, up from $1.9 million. Managed portfolio expanded to 72 assets. Chairman and CEO highlighted recurring revenue streams and strong balance sheet for future growth. Quarterly leasing metrics were strong, with commercial properties at 93% lease rate and residential portfolio at 96% lease rate. Pre-sales for The Row at Reston Station are exceeding expectations.
