CSX reaches new five-year tentative agreement with Boilermakers Union, pending ratification.

CSX Corp. has reached a new five-year tentative collective bargaining agreement with the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, Iron Ship Builders, Blacksmiths, Forgers & Helpers (IBB). The agreement is pending ratification by the union’s 59 members. CSX has now ratified agreements with 11 labor unions, covering 14 work groups and 47% of its unionized workforce. The agreements offer improved wages, healthcare, and paid time off benefits. CSX is committed to reaching similar agreements with other unions and crafts to enhance the work environment for employees.
