Microsoft declared a quarterly dividend of $0.83 per share payable on June 12, 2025. SpartanNash approved a 1.1% increase in its quarterly cash dividend to $0.22 per share on April 2, 2025. U.S. Bancorp announced a regular quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share on April 15, 2025. Toll Brothers increased its quarterly cash dividend by 9% to $0.25 per share on April 25, 2025. Agree Realty declared a monthly cash dividend of $0.253 per share on April 14, 2025.
