Diversified Energy Company PLC, FuelCell Energy, and TESIAC have teamed up to provide 360 MW of net-zero power to data centers in Virginia, West Virginia, and Kentucky. This partnership will utilize natural gas and captured coal mine methane to generate clean energy through fuel cell technology. Diversified Energy will supply natural gas and CMM, FuelCell Energy will deploy fuel cell platforms, and TESIAC will secure financing for the project. This initiative aims to enhance grid independence, financial resilience, and carbon optimization while supporting AI and high-performance computing growth. Further project details will be announced soon.

On Monday, DEC closed at $10.97, down 2.75%, and is currently trading at $10.96, down 0.09% on the NYSE.
