Merck leads, Boeing lags in early trading on the Dow Jones Industrial Average

In early trading, Merck shares lead the Dow Jones Industrial Average, up 1.8% while year-to-date value has dropped 3.1%. Boeing is the worst performer, down 4.0% with a 16.4% decrease for the year. Apple is down 3.2% and Amgen is up 1.4% today. Market movements can shift quickly.
