Duke Energy Corporation launches three new initiatives to support electric vehicle adoption. The Charger Prep Credit program offers financial assistance for EV charging infrastructure. The Off-Peak Charging Credit rewards customers with a monthly bill credit for charging during low-demand hours. The Fleet Advisory Program provides funds for electrification studies to help businesses transition fleets to EVs. Duke Energy Florida serves 2 million customers with 12,300 MW capacity.
