European Residential Real Estate Investment Trust (ERES) has declared a March 2025 monthly cash distribution of €0.005 per Unit and Class B LP Unit. The distribution will be payable to Unitholders of record on March 31, 2025, with payment on April 15, 2025. The Euro-denominated distribution will be paid in Canadian dollars, with an option for registered Unitholders to elect to receive the distribution in Euros. ERES intends to continue making regular monthly distributions, subject to the discretion of the ERES Board of Trustees. As of December 31, 2024, ERES owned 3,009 residential suites in the Netherlands, with a total fair value of approximately €838.7 million.
