Revenue outlook adjusted to flat to slightly negative growth from prior expectations of flat revenue.

Weakness in industrial demand and economic uncertainty cited for guidance revision. Concerns over new tariff policies and weather disruptions also impacting FedEx’s business-to-business shipping segment.
