Fenix Resources contracts MACA for Beebyn-W11 iron ore project in Australia

Fenix Resources partners with MACA for Beebyn-W11 iron ore mine in Western Australia. Contract includes drill, blast, mining, crushing, and screening operations, aiming to increase production to 4mtpa by 2025. Approvals in place, shipments to start in September 2025. Construction of haul road connecting to existing operations underway. Mineral resource estimate of 20.5mt at 61.3% iron.

The Beebyn-W11 project shows potential for exceptional returns over a seven-year mine life. Fenix secured rights to mine and export up to 10mt of iron ore. Agreements in place with Aboriginal Corporation and Sinosteel. In February 2025, Fenix signed a deal to acquire CZR Resources. The project is part of Sinosteel Midwest’s Weld Range project.

Fenix Resources’ acquisition of CZR Resources enhances its position in the iron ore market. The Beebyn-W11 project is set to contribute significantly to the company’s operations.
