GitLab (NASDAQ:GTLB) exceeded earnings expectations in Q4 2025 with an adjusted EPS of $0.33, beating projections of $0.23. Revenue for the quarter reached $211.4 million, surpassing the anticipated $206.15 million. However, full-year profit guidance for fiscal 2026 fell short of analyst expectations, with adjusted EPS and revenue forecasts below consensus estimates.

For Q1 fiscal 2026, GitLab provided guidance in line with estimates, expecting adjusted EPS of $0.14 to $0.15 and revenue between $212 million and $213 million. The projections closely align with Wall Street’s consensus figures, easing concerns about the company’s performance in the upcoming quarter.

Despite the positive quarterly results, investors were disappointed by GitLab’s full-year outlook for fiscal 2026. The company forecasts adjusted EPS between $0.68 and $0.72, below the analyst expectation of $0.81. Revenue guidance of $936 million to $942 million also slightly missed the consensus estimate of $941.8 million, leading to a mixed market reaction.
