McCormick (NYSE:MKC) reported Q1 earnings below expectations, with adjusted EPS at $0.60 versus the $0.64 estimate. Revenue met forecasts at $1.61 billion, showing flat year-over-year growth. Sales volume rose 2%, offset by a 2% foreign currency headwind. Consumer segment sales increased by 1%, while Flavor Solutions saw 3% growth.
Despite missing Q1 estimates, McCormick reaffirmed full-year guidance with adjusted EPS expected between $3.03 to $3.08, close to the $3.07 consensus. The company also maintained its projection of 1–3% organic sales growth for fiscal 2025.
