Mezzan Holding KSC, a major manufacturer and distributor in the Gulf region, reported FY2024 financial results. Revenue increased by 5.5% to KD 286.1 million, operating profit rose by 19.0% to KD 22.5 million, EBITDA went up by 12.9% to KD 31.5 million, and net profit grew by 21.8% to KD 15.5 million. The company’s financial performance in 2024 showed growth across all key metrics and a stronger balance sheet.

In the Food Business Line, revenue reached KD 187.2 million, up by 5% from 2023. The division includes Food Manufacturing and Distribution (53.9% of Group Revenue), Catering (5.9% of Group Revenue), and Services (5.6% of Group Revenue). Manufacturing and Distribution revenue increased by 7.7%, Catering revenue declined by 19.7%, and Services revenue increased by 14.9%.

The Non-Food Business Line saw revenue of KD 99 million, up by 6.5% from 2023. It includes the FMCG and Healthcare division (32.5% of Group Revenue) and Industrials (2.1% of Group Revenue). FMCG and Healthcare revenue increased by 7.6%, while Industrials revenue declined by 9%.
