Nike Stock: Is the Worst Over?

Nike has reported its fourth straight quarter of declining revenue and profits, with sales falling 9% to $11.3 billion. The stock hit a five-year low, down 5% in trading. Elliott Hill has been appointed as CEO to lead a turnaround strategy focusing on reestablishing retailer relationships. Despite beating analyst estimates, Q4 guidance indicates further decline, with revenue expected to fall in the mid-teens. Bright spots include growth in running business and revenue in Japan and Latin America. Nike is working on inventory overhaul and a return to a full-price business model. Analysts predict a potential rebound in fiscal 2026.
