Nokia buys back own shares as part of program to offset dilution

Nokia Oyj has announced the repurchase of its own shares, acquiring a total of 3,977,808 shares at an average price of 4.87 euros per share. This is part of a buyback program initiated to offset the dilution effect of shares issued to Infinera Corporation shareholders. The program aims to acquire 150 million shares with a total budget of up to 900 million euros, running until December 31, 2025. As of March 14, 2025, Nokia has spent 19,391,018 euros on repurchases, holding a total of 172,084,787 own shares.
